Join the hotel team with General Hotels Corporation as a Restaurant Supervisor for the Crowne Plaza Union Station and be a key part of delivering exceptional guest experiences!
As a Restaurant Supervisor you will support the daily operations of our Food and Beverage outlets. Overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional guest service, team performance and operation efficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations to ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience.
  • Perform operational duties across all areas of the restaurant as needed.
  • Monitor service standards, guest dining times, and seating capacity throughout each shift to maintain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver seamless and elevated dining experiences.
  • Lead and support staff by mentoring, coaching, and fostering a guest-first culture.
  • Schedule associates effectively using staffing guides, adjusting as needed to meet business demands.
  • Manage operational compliance and execution of restaurant procedures to maintain service excellence.
  • Handle leadership responsibilities including financial oversight, payroll, and daily reporting.
