What is union insurance?

Union insurance refers to insurance benefits provided through labor unions to their members. These benefits can include life insurance, health insurance, disability coverage, and other protections negotiated by the union as part of employment contracts. Union insurance is designed to offer members better coverage and rates than they might obtain individually, and is often tailored to the specific needs of the union’s workforce.
