Location: Eugene, OR

Job Type: Full-time, W-2

Pay: $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: 4 day work weeks


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Waterproofer to install and repair waterproofing systems on commercial construction projects. This role involves applying waterproofing materials, sealants, coatings, and air/vapor barrier systems while working closely with project teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met.


Responsibilities

  • Install waterproofing systems on new construction and restoration projects
  • Apply waterproofing materials using spray, brush, roller, or trowel methods
  • Install joint sealants for expansion, contraction, and control joints
  • Work with silicone, urethane, and acrylic-based sealants
  • Inspect surfaces and identify substrate defects or waterproofing deficiencies
  • Perform repairs and adjustments to ensure watertight installations
  • Coordinate with superintendents, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas
  • Follow company safety procedures and job site requirements
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of waterproofing or related construction experience preferred
  • Knowledge of:
  • Air and moisture barriers
  • Traffic coating systems
  • Water repellents
  • Fluid-applied and self-adhered waterproofing systems
  • Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift materials, bend, climb ladders, and work at heights
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel to regional job sites as needed
