Responsibilities

  • Assist with weather barrier installation, foundation waterproofing, and general construction projects
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
  • Prepare and maintain safe, organized job sites
  • Operate hand and power tools
  • Perform physical labor in various weather conditions
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards
  • Travel to project locations as needed
  • Learn specialized construction skills through hands-on training

Qualifications
