Job description

GH Construction is looking to expand with an experienced Carpenter position.  In this position, you will be responsible for juggling multiple projects, working in the projects along with completing punch list items/work orders as they come up.  This is a high energy multitasking position that is an important part of our company for growth and will require you to be detailed oriented and extremely efficient with your time and those around you.
GH Construction is known for its attention to detail and superior customer service to our clients.  We are a growing construction company always looking to expand.
GH Construction a residential construction company that focuses on the client first.  We build custom remodels, new homes and ADU's and do service work for all of our clients.
Requirements for the position are as follows:
  • Honest, Dependable and punctual.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the residential construction industry (within the last 10 years).
  • Superior knowledge of all phases of residential construction (Framing, Siding, Finish work, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC)
  • Must be able to multitask and work efficiently.
  • Delegate tasks to optimize performance.
  • Excellent Organizational skills.
  • Self-starter and understands how to keep projects moving.
  • Proficient at problem solving and thinking on your feet.
  • Must have a sense of urgency to get jobs done.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and building plans.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Able to pass a background and drug test.
  • Willing to work 40 hrs/week, more if needed.

Other Details:
  • All positions are offered on a 90 day trial basis with a 30 & 60 Day evaluation.
  • Compensation depends upon experience.
