Job description

Associate Customer Business Manager, PC - Kroger

Reports to: Associate Director Kroger BPC
Location: Cincinnati, OH

JOB PURPOSE

The primary purpose of the Associate Customer Business Manager (ACBM) position is to drive profitable growth with Kroger ahead of Skin Cleansing and Deodorant category growth and to develop sustained business relationships with Kroger counterparts.

  • Generate data and insights in support of the Sr. CBM, PC and lead projects and initiatives to support the category (including category reviews, new item presentations, scorecards, assortment/shelving).
  • Brands include Dove, Dove Men + Care, Degree, and Axe
  • Help manage the business relationship with the Kroger team and stakeholders
  • Work closely with Unilever teams including Channel & Category Development, Business Development, Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain, Direct Retail Team
  • Assist with the annual planning efforts, including providing support to execute the Joint Business Plans with the Sr. CBM
  • Provide analytical support for category management and sales projects and initiatives utilizing various Circana and Kroger data sources and tools.
  • Build and update weekly and monthly dashboards and provide insights/recommendations

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree is required
  • 1+ Years of related work experience
  • Trade Marketing and Category Management experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Must be a strategic thinker that can work effectively, and in a highly collaborative manner, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have strong relationship building and management skills
  • Experience in mining insights and leveraging them to drive growth using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of POS Reporting systems (Nielsen, IRI, 84.51) and Sales Planning Systems

Pay: The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
