We are seeking a strategic, results-orientedAssociate Director, RevenueGrowthManagementtoleadrevenue growthacross our Core 5 Beauty & Wellbeing brands in the US. This role serves as the central hub forleading the 5leversof revenue growth 1) pricing, 2)price/pack / portfolio transformation, 3) Mix Management 4)PromoSpendand 5) Trade Terms Optimization. You will direct dock withour Marketing and CS&P teams - driving competitive growth and unlocking new opportunitiesand will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and making recommendations across the levers to support the Business Unit (BU) Strategy Growth Framework and Commercial Strategy.

The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.You will be expected to understand and articulate industry insights, business results & investment needs. Strong leadership, communication andinfluenceskills are a must in this high exposure role.

The role will deliver best-in-class Category growth and developmentand deliver a sharp promo and pricing plan.

You'll be part of the newly formed Business Performance Team (BPT), reporting to theSenior Director, Head of Business Performance. The BPT also overseesMarketing PerformanceandSales & Operations Planning (S&OP) with a shared mission to fuel sustainable growth.

  • Help crafting necessary work to define growth roadmap, core Pack & Price Architecture (PPA).
  • ElevatingRGMKPIS and Rhythm into the BU Performance Management agenda & Customer Business Development teams to land consistent execution.

JOB PURPOSE

RGM(RevenueGrowthManagement) is a systematic approach to growing revenue through strategic pricing, price-pack architecture, mix management, promotions and trade terms structure.RGMhas been identified as one of our core strategic growth enablers. As anRGMAssociate Manager you are responsible for creating growth strategies for Unilever through portfolio optimization, pricing, active mix management, promo and trade spend excellence.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:

  • Conduct in-depth portfolio assessments to set brand objectives, identify price realization gaps, economic drivers, highlight white spaces and ensure price-pack execution to support the brand and portfolio strategy
  • Develop 3 years occasions led PPA (destination portfolio) that feeds into 12Q growth planning for the Business Unit, as well as clear direction into renovation plan needs for key categories
  • Validate Category SPI guidance & destination for key Brands, along with SPI compliance & focus needed
  • Run pricing models to provide recommendations on optimal price points across the portfolio and monitor competitive pricing activity and impact
  • Optimize channel-customer / pack mix and identify design for channel packs to accelerate profitable growth for Unilever and customers
  • Evaluate consumer promotions strategies including alignment with brand objectives, promotions responsiveness as well as ROI profile. Recommend an optimal promotion strategy
  • Evaluate customer trade terms structure and propose improvements to ensure alignment with portfolio strategy and act as an enabler for the market execution of theRGMprogram
  • Identify growth opportunities through in-depth analysis, using tools, frameworks and methodologies developed for this program
  • Develop methodologiesin order toperform economic and financial, analyses and scenario development that will be the base for portfolio pricing simulations and white space launches
  • Collaborate and act as a crucial link between the Marketing, Customer and Finance teams throughout theRGMprocess to ensure strategy alignment and execution

What You'll NeedToSucceed

  • MinimumBachelor'sdegree(inEconomicsor Finance or related field), MBA a pluswith6-10years of experience inRGM/NRM,CS&P, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Operations, Consulting or Data Science.
  • ExcellentAnalytical Skillset with fluency in Circana, Numerator, and Excel
  • Deep understanding of the P&L, retail math, financial/strategic modeling
  • Comfortable using data throughout aspects of the role, turning insights into strategic thinking and ideas
  • Proven record of drive and initiative with outstanding interpersonal & communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a bias for action
  • Strong understanding of 5 Levers of RGM
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure
  • Problem Solving, possess solid judgment, and decision-making ability, deal with ambiguity.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $119,400 to $219,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that areutilizedin making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
