Server Position Summary
Servers are the face of our dining area and are highly qualified to provide the complete dining experience for our residents. Servers are needed to greet residents and guests warmly and enthusiastically. Servers are responsible for ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when residents arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages to residents and guests, all while delivering exceptional service. Servers deliver ordered items promptly, ensuring that diners are satisfied with their choices. Servers handle guest concerns or complaints in a positive, professional manner.
Server Job Qualifications and Requirements
High Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Must have excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively to staff, residents, families, and community members
Must be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a diverse senior population
All applicants must complete and pass a Level II Background Check and Drug Screening
