ย ย UEI is looking for a driven and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and help shape the future of our brand. In this role, you'll own the full marketing function - from campaign development and digital presence to trade shows and budget management - working closely with our COO and other senior leadership to fuel company growth.


ย ย What You'll Do

Lead and execute marketing strategies, promotions, and campaigns across all channels.

Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities and recommend marketing approaches.

Own and grow the company's social media presence and communications.

Manage the UEI brand image and support trade show planning - from material creation to on-site setup and teardown.

Collaborate with senior executives and sales leadership to align marketing with business growth goals.

Forecast, develop, and oversee the marketing department's operating budget.

Advise on public positioning of the company to support professional growth and visibility.

Lead, mentor, and oversee marketing department staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

8+ years of relevant marketing experience.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.

Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and industry trends.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools.

Must be able to work onsite M-F.

Must be able to travel (domestic & international).
