Job description

Description:

The Industrial Equipment Cleaner is a member of our washroom crew whos duties are to clean and sanitize processing equipment to meet Quality Control and Bacterial Standards delineated within FillTech USA. Members of the IEC crew are required to completely clean and sanitize the manufacturing, filing, and miscellaneous equipment quickly and efficiently. IEC will be working around large processing equipment in which cleaning and sanitizing chemicals will be used to complete the cleaning process.


2nd Shift Schedule Monday - Friday 3:15pm - 11:45pm

Training on 1st Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm then moving to 2nd Shift once training is complete.

Requirements:
  • Prevent cross contamination of product, work-in-process, product contact surfaces, and product contact packaging during cleaning procedures.
  • Follow all company SOPs, cGMPs and safety guidelines.
  • Work Safely with the chemicals and equipment used in the cleaning process.
  • Ensure all chemicals are used at proper concentrations.
  • Complete all sanitation and required SQF documentation.
  • Clean all manufacturing kettles as needed including prop mixer, side-sweep, homogenizer, interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Use 6ft step-lock ladders to clean tall mobile kettles.
  • Clean pumps and various bulk product storage containers.
  • Wash and maintain buckets and containers and the sanitary state of the washroom.
  • Maintain all sanitation related equipment including but not limited to cleaning equipment and tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.
