We're looking for a skilled Production Art Coordinator to lead our art team in transforming customer designs into polished, production-ready artwork. This is a hands-on leadership role where creative vision meets technical precision.

Requirements

Convert customer designs into production-ready formats with a high degree of accuracy

Review and approve layouts, logos, and illustrations before production

Collaborate with customer service to align artwork specs with working instructions

Lead, mentor, and schedule the art department team

Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process

Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills

Strong knowledge of print, digital, and electronic media production

3+ years of related experience; at least 1 year in a supervisory role
