Description
  • Assist instructors with BADM 1400 (must have availability MW 11-11:50, TU 10-10:50)
  • Assist with front office reception, including greeting guests and answer office phones
  • Process confidential paperwork
  • Assist with on-campus recruiting initiatives
  • Additional office responsibilities as assigned

Examples of Duties
  • Co-Teach BADM 1400 Courses
  • Reserving Rooms through 25live
  • Attend Mule Malls and recruitment events as appropriate
  • Assist with data entry
  • Provide support to professors and chairs

Typical Qualifications
Education Qualifications:
  • Current student majoring in Management, Marketing, Sport Management, or Events Marketing and Management preferred

Experience Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience preferred

Special Instructions:
Full-time staff & 12-month faculty benefits-eligible position: Benefits include competitive salary; health, dental, vision, life insurance, AD & D, long-term disability; 3 weeks paid vacation per year; 3 weeks of accrued sick leave per year; 13 paid holidays; retirement; and generous education assistance for an employee, spouse and dependent children taking classes at UCM.
