Job description

Description

Take on a high-visibility role within our world-class health organization. Help drive the continued delivery of exceptional health care. You can do all this and more as the Administrative Fellow in Health System, UCLA Health.

Under the general supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Director of Hospital Operations of the UCLA Hospital System, you will gain exposure to all of UCLA Health's financial operations, including budgeting, financial analysis, revenue cycle management and strategic financial planning. You will assure that assigned tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner, assist with research, and provide administrative support to Operations as requested. Attendance of various Operations and Departmental meetings is expected to facilitate learning and the Fellow's overall experience.

Salary range: $96,000 annual

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Masters program by summer 2027 is required. A masters degree with a focus in business, relevant financial services fields with related professional certifications is highly desired.
