Job description

The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) seeks a PROGRAM COORDINATOR I to work under general supervision, coordinate administrative, personnel and logistical support for a defined department program. Carries out established program objectives and directives. Determines the best approach to accomplish assignments. May supervise support staff. Communicates, using a variety of media, with internal and external constituencies. May be responsible for adherence to program budget and/or other fiscal duties. May assist with grant and contract preparation and submission. May handle data management.

(Hourly Rate:  $15.00  -  $21.95)

High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of related experience required.
