1 year verifiable driving experience
Needs:1
Manual Trucks
Pay: PCRT 1200 to 1500 weekly
Hours:5pm - Until end of shift (Expected to work 11 to 14 hours daily)
Day of the week: Monday - Friday (Saturday if time allows)
Bonus: Safety Bonus paid quarterly and annually. Specifics communicated upon hire.
Extra Training: Tanker endorsement a plus.
Job Description:
This position is responsible for the operation of a commercial vehicle and hauling poultry by-product from processors to rendering plant while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Applicants will be considered for the Rendering Driver position only. The Rendering Driver must be willing to pick up an empty trailer and transport to assigned poultry processor. Once at the Processor the Rendering Driver will drop the empty in designated area and hook to loaded by-product trailer. Once hooked to loaded trailer, must be willing to drain and tarp the load. Once load is tarped load is transported to Rendering plant in Cuthbert where it is drained weighed and dumped. Must be willing to work in and be exposed to outside temperatures and environment. Must be able to communicate with dispatcher via telephone to communicate trailer numbers and loads currently at assigned processor. Must be able willing to sit for 8 to 10 hours a day; must be willing to grasp, grip, twist, pull, bend and stop occasionally. If the applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration, they may be contacted for an interview. The Cuthbert Truck Shop Safety Goal is Zero Accidents. Pay Range: - , General Benefits:

Applicant must pass both urine and hair follicle drug test.
Applicants must be 21 years of age and have at least one year of driving experience. Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL. Applicants must pass a background check before being placed in position. Applicants must have a clear satisfactory CDL record and meet all Tyson and DOT driving specifications. Must be willing to work flexible hours and complete the required electronic log. Must pass a DOT Drug test and physical and be subject to random testing. Your application is only active for the current month in which you applied. You will need to reapply next month to have an active application and be considered for employment.
