Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for working with the Manager Transportation Asset and Supervisor Transportation Trailers to develop and execute weekly, monthly reporting for all trailer assets. This position supports the master DOT inspections report and verification of completion, tracking and tracing lost equipment.
Responsibilities include DOT inspection reporting and completion verification, invoice /PO creation and Blocked Doc correction, Comcheck / Translfo validation, Other administrative duties: Phones, manage office supply inventory, issues Po for road service trailer rentals, trailer repairs and tire purchase.
This successful individual will be working with various locations and systems (SAP/People-net/Orbcomm/Vendor sites/Excel, vendor websites and portals) to provide the most accurate information available. The ability to establish and sustain accurate reporting and performance parameters will provide added value to the transportation team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 3 plus years Office experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required. For example generating simple letters spreadsheets and creating simple queries.
