Job description

Join our expanding Eastern fleet based in Cambridge, MA. This opportunity is designed for recent CDL school graduates seeking paid, mentored training and a path to a full-time driving career.

  • $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
  • Paid every Friday
  • Paid training for a full month

What the job looks like

  • Predictable regional routes, serving New England and the Eastern U.S.
  • Approximately 3,000 miles per week
  • No-touch dry van freight
  • Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
  • Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
  • No slip seating
  • 24/7 support from dispatch
  • Home time options to support work-life balance:
    • Home weekly
    • Home every other week

Training program

  • Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
  • Work with an experienced mentor
  • Emphasis on safety and practical on-road experience to build confidence and skills

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL

  • Satisfactory driving record
