Job Details:

Schedule - Monday - Friday with possible Saturdays.Hours: 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM - times vary per line you work .Pay - $16.70 hour --- *Tyson of Rogers offer a based incentive on individual performance that range from $40 to $80 a day on top of hour wage for Debone and Hand Cutters only. We offer one on one job training up to 8 weeks*
This position is responsible for but not limited to:
  • Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules
  • Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions.
  • Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level. 
  • Must be able to perform the duties of the position.
  • Be willing to stand 8- 10 hours a day.
  • Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.
  • Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed.
  • Must have good hand/eye coordination.
  • Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed.
Requirements:
  • Prior Employee Waiting Period: If you were previously employed at Tyson, there’s a 180-day waiting period before you can reapply.
  • Number of Times Worked at Tyson: You can apply if you’ve worked at Tyson no more than two times.
  • Failed Drug Screen - if you had a failed drug screen, you must wait 6 months before reapplying.
  • Applications will be considered from the following counties: Washington, Benton, and Madison.
  • The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
