Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join a specialty clinic serving both Bethesda, MD and Falls Church, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner with a passion for Family Practice and Women's Health. The position involves working between two locations, with a schedule of 3 days per week in Bethesda, MD, and 2 days per week in Falls Church, VA. Compensation:

$130-150K / Year

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 40-hour workweek, no weekends or call

Requirements:

  • Maryland AND Virginia Nurse Practitioner licenses required.
  • Willingness to travel between offices in Bethesda, MD and Falls Church, VA on a weekly basis.
  • Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an NP in a family practice clinic setting.
  • General experience in Women's Health/GYN, including IUD placements and pelvic exams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build patient trust and rapport.
  • Enthusiastic, confident, and adaptable personality.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained in specialized areas such as pelvic rehab, pelvic pain, and postpartum care.
  • Experience with eClinical Works (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients in a family practice setting with a focus on women's health and gynecological care.
  • Perform office-based procedures and exams.
  • Work as the sole provider in the clinic, supported by medical assistants and office staff.
  • Manage a caseload of 15-20 patients per day, primarily ages 20-40 years old.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex needs.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using the eClinical Works EMR system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development in specialized women's health services.
