On behalf of our client, R.S.M.C. Services are seeking a locum / locum-to-perm opportunity in Luray, VA, with the possibility to transition to full-time in the future. We have a part-time (Mon-Tue) and FT (Mon-Tue, Thu, Fri OR Mon-Wed, Fri) available.

Position Details:

Role: Locum Dentist

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Luray, VA 22835

Schedule for Part-time: 2 days/week (Mondays and Tuesdays)

Schedule for Full-time: 4 days/week (Mon-Tue, Thu, Fri OR Mon-Wed, Fri)

Commitment: 3 months minimum (preferred)

Daily Rate: Up to $1,100/day

SIGN-ON BONUS: $500 after completing your 1st 10 shifts

Malpractice Insurance: 100% covered

Travel/Lodging: Hotel and travel reimbursements provided

Job Details:

Type: General Dentist – Family Dentistry

Patient Mix: 75% Adult / 25% Pediatric

Daily Volume: ~30 patients

Procedures: Root canals, bridges, extractions, implants (surgical extractions referred out)

Software/Tech: Denticon, sensors, scanners

Insurance: 65% Medicaid / 35% PPO

Office Setup: Single-doctor practice with hygienists and dental assistants

Mentorship: Virtual mentorship available
