Familiarity with cath lab equipment, fluoroscopy imaging systems, and electronic medical records is crucial, along with current BLS and ACLS certifications. Excellent teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication are valued soft skills in this dynamic environment. These skills ensure the safe and efficient delivery of patient care during complex cardiac procedures in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
