Job description

Summary of Position

Lionsgate has an opening for a Coordinator to support the EVP, Head of Television Business Affairs. This opportunity provides an excellent learning experience for an individual with a strong interest in the business side of television.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently support a busy executive responsible for negotiating deals for scripted television
  • Handle all administrative responsibilities for the executive including expense reporting, scheduling all meetings, coordinating conference calls, and greeting all visiting guests)
  • Create and maintain status reports and draft high volume of correspondence
  • Maintain department legal files and assist in the day-to-day operations of the department
  • Depending on skill, educational level and interest, assistant will gain experience drafting and commenting on agreements
Qualifications and Skills
  • 1 Year of related experience, working in film or television
  • The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while handling competing priorities
  • Strong Interest in the Business side of Television
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Adobe suite
  • A college degree with an emphasis in Business preferred
Additional Requirements

This position requires five (5) days per week in office.
