Tutoring Program Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and quality of tutoring programs within educational institutions or organizations. They recruit, train, and supervise tutors, coordinate schedules, assess program effectiveness, and ensure students receive the support they need. Their role often involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to align tutoring with academic goals.
