Transform Amazon's global logistics landscape by optimizing fleet operations and driving strategic network capacity solutions through data-driven innovation and AI-powered automation. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and program management expertise to revolutionize how we manage and deploy our extensive fleet network, directly reducing turnaround times and maximizing vehicle utilization to deliver exceptional customer experiences for our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs).
Key job responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives to streamline and automate fleet transport processes between DSPs, reducing turnaround time and maximizing vehicle utilization
Develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions to optimize network capacity and resource allocation across diverse business units
Analyze and synthesize complex data from multiple sources to identify operational improvement opportunities and visualize current state operations
Design innovative automation mechanisms to replace manual processes and accelerate decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and DSP customers to achieve shared network capacity goals aligned with S-team utilization objectives
Monitor and optimize key metrics ensuring smooth supply chain operations and maximum fleet availability
