What You'll Do

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through final delivery.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that create repeat business and referrals.
  • Learn each customer's needs and recommend the best equipment solution.
  • Demonstrate new and used equipment while explaining features, benefits, and available accessories.
  • Guide customers through Northland's professional sales process.
  • Maintain customer information and follow-up activities using our CRM.
  • Stay current on manufacturer products, promotions, rebates, and financing programs.
  • Partner with Finance, Parts, and Service to deliver an outstanding ownership experience.
  • Participate in dealership events, demonstrations, open houses, and community activities.
  • Continue developing your skills through ongoing manufacturer and dealership training.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a retail schedule, including Saturdays

Preferred

  • Previous commissioned sales experience
  • Retail or customer service experience
  • Experience in agriculture, powersports, construction, landscaping, automotive, or outdoor recreation
  • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
