Job description

TTX Planner
The Opportunity:
Design and execute strategic and operational level wargames for a range of participants from senior military leaders to CEOs, to action officers, to corporate managers. Apply specific functional knowledge and working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. May review or guide activities of more junior employees. This position is located in Alexandria, VA.
You Have:
  • Experience with wargames or exercises
  • Ability to work with clients to holistically understand their problem set and work with them towards solutions
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to rapidly learn new skills, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience with defense planning, operations, and tactics
  • 1+ years of experience with cybersecurity, communications, IT, EW, and SIGINT
  • Experience working in an interagency environment, including managing relationships between stakeholders with interests
  • Experience in the military at the operational or strategic level
  • Experience in foreign , austere, or fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of DoW Cyberspace Operations Policy
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
