B-21 Armament Integrated Logistics Support Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced armament logistics professional to provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for the B-21 weapon system. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert supporting the integration, sustainment, and lifecycle management of armament systems for the nation's newest strategic bomber platform.
Working in close coordination with engineers, program managers, and logisticians, you will apply field-level armament expertise to support the development and integration of current and future B-21 capabilities. You will authenticate lead command responsibilities for nuclear and conventional bomber armament issues, translate higher headquarters guidance into actionable command direction, and resolve complex technical challenges across interrelated aircraft armament systems. This position plays a critical part in ensuring the operational readiness and sustainment of strategic global strike capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Authenticate lead command responsibilities for nuclear bomber and conventional bomber armament-related issues.
  • Review higher headquarters guidance and prepare command-level guidance for review and implementation.
  • Apply field-level armament expertise in support of engineers, program managers, and logisticians during the development and integration of current and future B-21 capabilities.
  • Analyze and resolve aircraft armament issues related to the Storage Management System, Auxiliary Maintenance Equipment, and support equipment, including interfaces with other aircraft systems.
  • Support the broader Integrated Logistics Support objectives for the B-21 armament mission.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of five (5) years of armament experience spanning fifth-generation bomber, nuclear bomber, and conventional bomber platforms.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise with aircraft armament systems, including Storage Management Systems, Auxiliary Maintenance Equipment, and support equipment, as well as their interfaces with other aircraft systems.
  • Working knowledge of armament integration processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, program management, and logistics teams.
  • Ability to interpret higher headquarters guidance and develop clear, implementable command-level direction.
Citizenship and Clearance Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • An active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last five (5) years.
  • Candidates holding an active Secret clearance may be considered, provided they are eligible for TS/SCI and have been submitted for TS/SCI adjudication.
