Job Responsibilities
The Trident Technical College Boeing Project is seeking Technical Training Instructors to support the TTC Boeing Project training program. These instructors are responsible for delivering high-quality instruction aligned with industry standards and ensuring the established proficiency levels required by the program are achieved.
Instructors will play a key role in delivering technical knowledge and hands-on training aligned with program standards.
Responsibilities include:
  • Secure qualification according to Boeing Company standards
  • Conduct training in compliance with Boeing training applications
  • Deliver courses as written and check in participants
  • Ensure all course materials are available in the classroom
  • Verify prerequisites and pre-work completion
  • Clean classrooms after courses conclude
  • Pick up course paperwork from the administrative office
  • Submit all required course documentation within 24 hours after course completion
  • Submit attendance records within required deadlines
  • Provide instruction in both classroom and laboratory environments

Minimum and Additional Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following education/experience combinations:
  • Bachelor's degree plus relevant experience in training, manufacturing, or military training
  • Associate degree plus two (2) years relevant experience in training, manufacturing, or military training
  • High school diploma plus four (4) years relevant experience in training, manufacturing, or military training

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates will also:
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Comply with Boeing policies, procedures, and safety requirements
  • Ability to handle chemicals, solvents, and hazardous materials such as:
    • MPK
    • Alcohol
