About True Health

True Health NY is a fast-growing, multi-site womenโ€™s health and primary-care group serving diverse communities across Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island. We pair warm, accessible care with data-driven operations, strong clinical support, and modern patient accessโ€”so clinicians can practice at the top of their license and build a reputation for excellence in the community.

Role Highlights (why this is different)
  • Reputation & community impact: High patient satisfaction, strong word-of-mouth, and expanding footprint.

  • Revenue-friendly setup: Optimized templates, central referrals, in-house ultrasound, and procedure-ready rooms.

  • Balanced scope: Office-based GYN, prenatal/postpartum, and optional hospital privileges (no mandatory L&D call).

  • Support that lets you move faster: Dedicated MAs, ultrasound tech access, referral coordination, and coding support.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN care: well-woman visits, prenatal/postpartum, contraception, and menopause care.

  • Perform office procedures (as credentialed): IUD/Nexplanon, endometrial biopsy, colposcopy/LEEP, simple cyst/abscess care.

  • Review and act on ultrasound and lab findings; coordinate care with MFM and community hospital partners as needed.

  • Document accurately and same-day in eClinicalWorks; close loops on results, referrals, and patient messages.

  • Collaborate with operations to improve access (new/return balance, template optimization) and expand procedure mix.

  • Help mentor staff and contribute to a culture of safety, kindness, and continuous improvement.

What Success Looks Like (first 90โ€“180 days)
  • Access & growth: Timely new-patient availability and a right-sized follow-up cadence that supports continuity and demand.

  • Clinical excellence: Evidence-based pathways for prenatal and GYN conditions with strong outcomes and low avoidable ED use.

  • Throughput without burnout: Efficient rooming, scribing/scanning support, and smart templates to sustain quality at volume.

  • Clean charts, clean claims: Accurate coding, problem-list hygiene, and closed encounters to support on-time revenue.

Qualifications
  • MD/DO, Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in OB/GYN (ABOG).

  • Active or eligible New York medical license; DEA & CSR.

  • Comfortable with common office procedures (training available if expanding scope).

  • Team-first mindset; experience in community, academic, or high-volume ambulatory settings a plus.

  • eClinicalWorks experience preferred (or strong EMR agility).

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary + productivity bonus (RVU/visit-based), aligned with scope and experience.

  • Malpractice coverage provided, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, CME days/stipend.

  • Tailored schedules (4x10 or 5x8) with optional hospital privileges; limited/no required call.

Why Join True Health
  • Clinical autonomy with real support (you practice; we remove friction).

  • Procedure-friendly clinics to grow both impact and earnings.

  • Mission + momentum: Serve neighborhoods that value accessible, relationship-based womenโ€™s health.
