At Woo’s Wings, team members are responsible for helping create a welcoming, fast-paced, and positive experience for every customer. This is a cross-trained position where employees learn all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, cashier duties, food preparation, cooking assistance, cleaning, stocking inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Team members work together to ensure orders are prepared accurately, customers are served with excellence, and daily operations run smoothly. Employees may assist in multiple areas throughout their shift and should be comfortable learning new tasks, adapting to business needs, and supporting fellow team members.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Taking and processing customer orders
  • Handling cash and card transactions
  • Assisting with food preparation and cooking
  • Packaging and serving food orders
  • Cleaning and sanitizing work areas
  • Restocking supplies and inventory
  • Following food safety and company policies
