As a Part-Time Store Associate, you're the face of True Classic. You'll deliver an exceptional in-store experience, helping customers look good, feel good, and walk away excited to come back. Areas of Accountability
  • Create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through the door
  • Learn and deliver our "TRUE Experience" โ€” a customer-first selling approach focused on connection, not pressure
  • Support customers in finding the right fit, offering product knowledge and styling tips
  • Contribute to a high-performing team culture where hitting goals is expected and celebrated
  • Maintain store standards, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and shoppable
  • Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional displays
  • Accurately and efficiently process transactions
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience (bonus if you've worked in a high-volume store
