• Assist physical therapists in the implementation of individualized patient care plans, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to therapeutic goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, functional training, and manual therapy techniques under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists.
• Conduct patient assessments and document progress through electronic medical records (EMRs), tracking patient outcomes to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate and motivate patients on self-care techniques, home exercises, and strategies for improving movement and function.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient recovery.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patient care, ensuring all equipment and treatment areas meet health regulations.

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with individuals who may require tailored rehabilitation strategies and compassionate support throughout their recovery journey. • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a bachelor's degree is highly preferred but not mandatory for this role.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Nevada or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and a passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation practices.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to empathize and foster positive patient relationships.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to embrace challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and outcome tracking tools.

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant, ideally within an orthopedic or hospital setting.
• Experience in sports rehabilitation, postoperative care, or performance training is highly desirable.
• Interest in pursuing additional certifications such as Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) is preferred.
