Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities, limitations, and needs for treatment.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to their treatment protocol to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on self-management techniques, injury prevention strategies, and rehabilitation process.
• Contribute actively to a culture of learning by collaborating with other healthcare professionals and participating in training sessions.

Our clinic caters primarily to adults recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports-related conditions. Patients range from active individuals looking to return to their daily routines to those coping with chronic pain issues. The therapist will work closely with each client to understand their unique challenges and aspirations, ensuring care that respects their individual goals.

• A Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is essential.
• A current or eligible license to practice physical therapy in the state of Nevada.
• A strong foundation or significant interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation practices.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and convey complex concepts to patients effectively.
• Demonstrated time management capabilities to balance a diverse patient caseload proficiently.

• Previous clinical experience beyond two years in an orthopedic setting is preferred, although newly licensed therapists are also encouraged to apply.
• Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) or interest in pursuing it would be advantageous.
• Exposure to manual therapy techniques and dry needling practices is a plus and will be regarded favorably.

The salary for this role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, contingent on previous experience and qualifications. Our compensation package is competitive, including opportunities for performance bonuses and incentive pay based on the therapist's contributions to patient care and clinic success.
