Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments for new clients, ensuring tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused strategies.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support clients through their mental health journeys.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation adhering to HIPAA standards, including progress notes and treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at enhancing the quality of services.
• Engage with patients and their families, delivering education on treatment options and mental health conditions, and connecting them with community resources.
• Stay current with ongoing research and advancements in mental health to inform best practices and elevate the care provided to our clients.
• Manage a robust caseload effectively, ensuring timely treatment while upholding ethical standards and guidelines as established by licensing authorities.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
