Join the Velocity Bar + Kitchen team as a Server, where you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities
  • Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
  • Provide recommendations on menu items and answer guest questions.
  • Ensure guests have a delightful dining experience by attending to their needs and requests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and tact.

Qualifications
  • Experience as a Server in a fine dining experience
  • A great attitude and work ethic
  • Must be 21 or older to handle alcoholic beverages
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours).
  • Lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently.
  • Reach, bend, stoop, and wipe.
  • Use hands and arms to carry trays, plates, and drinks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
