Overview

Come grow with us by joining our team as a DMV Clerk!  In this role, you will play a critical role for the company and will work alongside other professionals within the team and other departments.  You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the DMV department to accurately and efficiently process all DMV paperwork necessary to title vehicles for our customers.

Responsibilities

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

  • Review DMV Report daily.
  • Create files off of DMV report and provide to DMV Office Clerk 2 to request Title Ins.
  • Save incoming Title instructions and print out for DMV Office Clerk 2 to prepare docs
  • Maintain/Check in MSO's as usual
  • Assist/send out MSO's to out of state location
  • Coordinate duplicates and corrections when necessary
  • Scan and save DMV_REG paperwork
  • Run and understand the Weekly MSO and Used title report
  • Clearly write and maintain emails and customer service

Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of administrative or clerical experience
  • Strong communication skills both verbally an orally
  • Ability to clearly write and maintain emails and customer service
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Extremely diligent in follow through

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds
