What is a TRT clinic?

A TRT clinic is a medical facility that specializes in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) for individuals with low testosterone levels. These clinics assess hormone levels, diagnose testosterone deficiencies, and provide tailored treatment plans, which may include testosterone injections, gels, or other therapies. TRT clinics also monitor patients for potential side effects and adjust treatments as needed to optimize health and well-being. They often offer additional support for related health concerns, such as weight management or sexual health.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive working in a TRT clinic?

To excel in a TRT Clinic, practitioners need a background in medicine or nursing, a valid medical license, and specialized knowledge in endocrinology or hormone therapy. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs), hormone testing tools, and relevant prescribing systems is essential. Excellent communication, patient education, and empathy are crucial soft skills for building trust and guiding patients through their treatment. These competencies ensure safe, effective patient care and foster positive outcomes in this specialized healthcare environment.

What are some common challenges faced by staff working in a TRT clinic, and how can they be addressed?

Staff in TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) clinics often encounter challenges such as maintaining up-to-date knowledge on hormone therapy protocols, ensuring patient compliance with treatment plans, and managing sensitive patient conversations about hormonal health. Additionally, coordination between medical, administrative, and laboratory teams is crucial for smooth clinic operations. These challenges can be addressed through ongoing professional development, clear communication channels, and collaborative team meetings to review patient care and clinic procedures.

Location: Fishers, IN

Schedule: Monday–Friday | No nights, weekends, or on-call

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Leadership Role

Pay: $150,000 total starting annual compensation (base salary + clinic director bonus with uncapped potential)

Foster real relationships. Advance the cause of men’s health. Lead a team that changes lives.

With more than 90 clinics nationwide and a rapidly growing patient base, Ageless Men’s Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director (PA-C or NP) to lead our Fishers, IN clinic.

At Ageless, we specialize in medically managed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), weight management, skin care, and concierge medicine — helping men look better, feel better, and live better through proactive, personalized care.

This is a unique opportunity for a licensed provider who thrives on both clinical excellence and team leadership, driving growth by delivering exceptional patient experiences, cultivating staff performance, and ensuring operational success.

What You’ll Do

As a Clinic Director, you’ll serve as both a clinical leader and practicing provider, guiding your team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes while overseeing daily operations, compliance, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of clinic operations — patient volume, staffing, training, compliance, and financial performance.
  • Conduct new patient consultations, review medical histories, and perform physical assessments.
  • Order, review, and interpret lab work and diagnostic tests to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe, monitor, and adjust testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and related medications.
  • Oversee administration of weight management treatments (including GLP-1 medications) and monitor patient progress.
  • Provide clinical oversight for nursing staff performing blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections.
  • Review and sign off on patient charts, lab results, and EMR documentation.
  • Ensure clinic adherence to all regulatory, safety, and clinical quality standards.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to drive patient satisfaction, retention, and clinic growth through high-quality care and service consistency.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing, patient-centered culture.
  • Represent Ageless Men’s Health as the clinical face of the brand in your local market.
Our Ideal Candidate

You’re a confident, relationship-driven clinician who thrives in leadership. You balance patient care excellence with operational insight and enjoy motivating teams to achieve meaningful results.

You’re a great fit if you are:
  • Energetic, proactive, and organized
  • Experienced in leadership, operations, or team management within a clinical setting
  • Skilled at building patient trust and team alignment
  • Proficient in interpreting labs, managing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance
  • Passionate about men’s health, hormone optimization, and wellness medicine
  • Ready to lead a growing clinic with accountability, compassion, and professionalism
Requirements
  • Active PA-C or NP license (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (hormone, weight management, or primary care experience preferred)
  • Leadership or management experience in a clinical or outpatient setting (preferred)
  • Strong EMR and clinical documentation proficiency
  • Commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based, patient-focused care
Why You’ll Love Working Here

At Ageless Men’s Health, Clinic Directors are empowered to make a measurable impact — leading their teams, improving patient outcomes, and driving clinic growth and success.

We offer:

  • Monday–Friday schedule (no nights, weekends, or on-call)
  • Leadership-driven culture focused on patient connection and operational excellence
  • Competitive compensation with uncapped bonus potential
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including:
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, Paid time off (PTO), 401(k) plan, Tuition reimbursement and free and discounted clinic services
