Administrative Coordinator - Men's Health & Longevity Clinic

Gameday Men's Health | Stamford & Westport

Gameday Men's Health is the largest provider of men's health services in the country and an internationally recognized longevity brand dedicated to helping men optimize their health, energy, performance and quality of life. We're seeking an energetic, dependable and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team in Stamford and Westport.

This is much more than a front desk position. You are the face of our clinics and play a critical role in delivering the exceptional patient experience that sets Gameday apart. This part-time position (3-4 days per week) may require working at both clinic locations.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients with professionalism, enthusiasm and genuine hospitality.
  • Answer phones, text messages and patient inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and help manage daily clinic flow.
  • Educate patients on our services, memberships and billing.
  • Process payments and recurring memberships.
  • Register new patients and maintain accurate records in patient EMR
  • Assist with social media content, patient engagement and local marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and inviting clinic environment.
  • Work closely with providers and staff to deliver an exceptional concierge patient experience.
  • Think entrepreneurially in all aspects of day to day, seeking opportunity to improve efficiency, client experience or clinic performance.

  • Ability to work in Westport, Stamford and potential future locations and enterprises.
