What You’ll Do as Clinic Director

  • Perform and oversee advanced treatments including P-Shot, Performance Wave, Trimix, PRP, peptides, and GLP-1 therapies
  • Own clinic performance: Drive new patient growth, service sales, and key metrics in a 100% cash-pay model
  • Collaborate closely with your Medical Assistant and General Manager to deliver an exceptional patient experience
  • Maintain compliance and the highest standards of care while building a high-performing team

You’ll have full support — we handle training, certifications, and ongoing development so you can focus on leading and delivering results.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 2+ years of clinical experience
  • A natural leader who’s excited to run a clinic and grow a business
  • Comfortable (or eager to learn) in men’s health, hormone therapy, and elective procedures
  • Sales-minded and results-driven — this is a cash-based practice where your clinical recommendations directly impact both patient outcomes and clinic performance
  • Team-oriented go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, fun, high-accountability environment

Bonus points for prior experience in urology, endocrinology, TRT, ED treatments, or sales — but we’ll fully train the right motivated candidate.

What You’ll Get

  • True work-life balance: 24–32 hours/week with no late evenings or weekends
  • All training, certifications, DEA registration, state licensing, and malpractice insurance 100% covered
  • Quarterly performance bonuses if key performance indicators are met
  • Clear path to increase hours as the clinic grows
  • The chance to make a real, measurable difference in men’s lives every single day
  • Work in a badass, high-energy man-cave clinic that patients actually look forward to visiting
