Marketing Specialist

Ozark Regional Vein & Artery Center | Renew Aesthetics | The Edge

Are you a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented individual interested in gaining practical marketing experience while helping patients connect with services that improve their health and confidence?

This role works directly with our Marketing Director and entire team across three established, growing brands: Ozark Regional Vein & Artery Center, Renew Aesthetics, and The Edge (Men's TRT Clinic).

This is a hands-on opportunity to build a diverse marketing skill set while contributing to meaningful patient-focused work that improves quality of life.

We are a team that values initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn. Successful team members take ownership of their work, communicate clearly, and look for ways to contribute to team goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with digital marketing campaigns and content creation
  • Writing and editing blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns
  • Managing and scheduling social media posts
  • Supporting SEO efforts and website updates
  • Compiling, organizing, and analyzing marketing data and performance metrics to help guide campaign decisions
  • Assisting with event planning, promotions, and community outreach
  • Helping strengthen brand awareness and business development initiatives
  • Providing general marketing and administrative support as needed

Ideal Candidate:

  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Demonstrates initiative and follows through on assignments with minimal supervision
  • Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness marketing is a plus
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, basic analytics, and content tools preferred (but not required)
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality in a healthcare setting
