GameDay Men's Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing healthcare team at our Harrisburg location. GameDay specializes in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Medical Weight Loss (GLP-1s), Peptide Therapy, Erectile Dysfunction Treatment, and Men's Wellness services.

Responsibilities
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections.
•  IV Therapy
• Obtain and document patient vital signs and histories.
• Assist providers with patient evaluations and follow-up care.
• Review laboratory results and ensure accurate documentation.
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans and medications.
• Perform Gainswave Treatments
• Monitor patients for treatment responses.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Assist with inventory management and clinic operations.
• Support scheduling and patient service activities.

Qualifications
• Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong phlebotomy and injection skills.
