Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to serve as Clinic Director for our growing Norfolk location. This role combines clinical leadership, patient care, and operational oversight in a high-energy outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate is confident, personable, growth-oriented, and comfortable leading a team while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits

Evaluate patients for testosterone deficiency and menโ€™s health conditions

Develop individualized treatment plans under physician supervision

Prescribe and manage therapies including:

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

Erectile Dysfunction treatments (Acoustic PressureWave and P-Shot)

Medical Weight Loss

PRP Hair Restoration

InBody Scans

Peptide and Vitamin Therapy

IV Therapy

MSK Acoustic PressureWave Therapy

Interpret laboratory results and monitor treatment outcomes

Administer injections including IM testosterone and PRP therapies

Lead clinic staff and foster a positive team culture

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and DEA regulations

Support clinic growth, patient retention, and community outreach initiatives

Deliver an exceptional concierge-style patient experience

Qualifications

Active Virginia NP or PA license in good standing

DEA license and Controlled Substance Registration

Minimum 5 years of clinical experience preferred

Experience in menโ€™s health, urology, endocrinology, hormone therapy, or primary care preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven clinic environment
