Description

To present The CDL Schools / Troops Into Transportation (TCDLS/T2T) program to qualified prospective students by means of personal interviews and business to business contact.  


  • Responsible for creating new lead contacts from inbound calls or walk in customers 
  • Support admissions team with the objective of assisting prospective customers join the CDL
    program 
  • Greet all new/prospective students and guests. 
  • Application data entry and upload/scan submission to admissions panel. 
  • Submit loan documents to the Finance department for processing. 
  • Enter all in person or over the phone appointment show and no-show data. 
  • Responsible for maintaining the enrollment log, collecting additional payment, and
    application fees. 
  • Support class coordinator by preparing training rosters, students schedules, and in-house appointments with reps or other team members. 
  • Collect and maintain required student documents for building student files (paper and
    electronic). 
  • Provide administrative and appointment setting support to the admissions / recruiting team. 
  • Conduct outbound call confirmations, text messages, and other electronic communications to support positive show rates and admissions / recruiting team. 
  • Must be able to attend and participate in meetings/conferences as scheduled within the
    district, state, and other states. 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Requirements

Education and Certifications: 

High School Diploma or equivalent
