Job description

Hogsaltis seeking aFull Time HVAC and Refrigeration Repair Technicianto support our current properties and future development projects.

Experience & Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate is kind, positive, and works well with others. They also believe in quality, consistency and working in a clean, organized, and inclusive environment where respect and dignity is prioritized.

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 28 hours up to 40 hours a week - shifts are Sunday-Thursday.

  • Minimum of 2 years in-field experience with HVAC and refrigeration.

  • Preferred knowledge of kitchen facilities and equipment.

  • Must be able to provide reliable vehicle.

  • EPA Universal Certification required.


Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to perform repairs in the following areas (but not limited to):

  • HVAC

  • Refrigeration

  • Plumbing

  • Electrical

  • Kitchen equipment and appliances (preferred)


Responsible for overseeing preventative maintenance programs to support the following:

  • HVAC

  • Refrigeration

  • Plumbing

  • Kitchen hot line equipment

  • Collaborates with other facilities personnel on various projects.

  • Responds to maintenance requests from stores in a timely fashion.

  • Performs regular property inspections.

  • Advises store managers on a variety of technical engineering issues.

  • Available on a 24-hour basis for scheduled on-call shifts to address building emergencies

  • Reports to Facilities Director, Facilities Manager and other members of the Director team.
