Build a Career, Not Just a Sales Job

Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and controlling your own income? Triton Stone Group is looking for motivated, self-driven professionals to manage an established sales route while growing existing customer relationships.

Unlike traditional outside sales positions, this is a route-based sales role. You'll be assigned an established territory and drive a fully stocked company box truck, allowing you to sell and deliver products directly from your inventory. Your primary focus is developing existing customer relationships and expanding business within your route, with little to no cold calling required.

Triton Stone Group is one of the nation’s largest importers and distributors of natural stone, sinks, tools, and fabrication supplies, serving customers through 22 locations across the United States. Since 2004, our growth has been driven by quality products, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to helping our customers succeed.

Base salary plus commission provides an earning opportunity that exceeds most route sales positions, with top performers earning significantly more. What sets Triton apart is our diverse product offering. Unlike many route sales roles that focus on a single product line, our representatives have the opportunity to sell tools, sinks, and slabs, creating multiple revenue streams within the same customer base. This diversified sales platform allows you to build stronger customer relationships while maximizing your earning potential.

  • Manage an established sales route by visiting granite fabrication shops on a consistent weekly schedule.
  • Drive a company-provided, fully stocked box truck loaded with tools, sinks, chemicals, and fabrication supplies.
  • Sell products directly from your truck while helping customers identify solutions that improve their business.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through consistent face-to-face interaction.
  • Increase the number of products each customer purchases from Triton.
  • Respond promptly to customer calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Maintain accurate inventory on your truck and communicate replenishment needs.
  • Partner with manufacturers and suppliers during ride-alongs to continue learning new products and technologies.
  • Maintain accurate daily sales activity and customer call records.

What Makes Someone Successful

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Customer-focused with a solutions-based sales approach.
  • Professional, dependable, and accountable.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable driving a company box truck throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift and handle products as needed.
  • Strong computer and basic spreadsheet skills.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Industry knowledge is a plus, but comprehensive training is provided.

Why Triton Stone Group?

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
  • Established customer routes with little to no cold calling required.
  • Company-provided, fully stocked route truck.
  • Industry-leading products and ongoing supplier training.
  • Independence and flexibility while managing your territory.
  • Career advancement opportunities within a growing national organization.
  • A supportive team culture focused on helping employees and customers succeed.
