Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Company Overview:

Job Description:

The Shipping & Receiving Manager is a critical element of the sales team. This position is responsible for providing support to Design Consultants, as well as providing unparalleled customer service to all customers. The actions of this position are critical to the growth of the branch. 


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming shipments of all non-slab products accurately and quickly.
  • Maintain neat and organized inventory/warehouse 
  • Monitor & Maintain Commodity Sink Stock
  • Notify appropriate sales representatives of all incoming transfers and orders.
  • Prepare all outgoing shipments of all non-slab products (package properly for safe transport)
  • Manage all inventory transfers (in and out) to both tool vans or showroom/display
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all shipments/transfers
  • Assist fabricator walk-ins with sink and tool transactions
  • Manage damaged inventory and RGA process for non-slab products
  • Provide an unparalleled customer service experience on all customer interactions
  • Back up slab specialist as needed
  • Additional duties and responsibilities


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Must be a self-starter who can take initiative and maintain professionalism and flexibility in a high-paced work environment
  • Expert in communication
  • Have a firm understanding of all products that Triton Stone has to offer and have a complete understanding of what our competitors offer
  • Forklift Experience required
  • High School or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
