We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Technician I, Fill Finish in Boca Raton, FL!
The Technician I, Fill Finish position is responsible for the final finishing of plasma products. This includes aseptic filling, visual inspection, vial labeling, and final serialization and packaging. This position is under oversight of the Group Leader and reports to the Supervisor/ Sr. Manager Fill Finish Operations.
Essential Functions (ES) and Responsibilities
  • Cleans and sanitizes equipment before and after use.
  • Responsible for area cleaning and disinfection and waste removal.
  • Maintains raw material and component inventories, performs inventory related cycle counts.
  • Maintains area in an organized GMP state, participates in area walk throughs, follows up on and closes observations.
  • Performs material handling related activities associate with raw materials, components, and finished goods.
  • Stocks area airlocks and production rooms with needed consumable and gowning supplies.
  • Responsible for all production operations as assigned.
  • Performs loading and unloading of the filling system.
  • Performs visual inspection of filled products.
  • Performs vial labeling, serialization, and final packaging of filled products.
  • Takes product samples.
  • Completes and audits batch records and logbooks following Good Documentation Practices.

Job Responsibilities or Job Requirements
Competencies
Ability to follow the cGMP's and procedures with great attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals, overcome obstacles, and meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to use computer software including MicroSoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience Requirements
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Experience
GMP and/or Aseptic Filling experience preferred.
Compliance Requirements (ES)
The minimum compliance expectation for this role entails strict adherence to FDA regulations and company policies governing sales and marketing activities. This includes completion of required compliance training, accurate documentation of sales interactions, and adherence to data privacy regulations. Additionally, the role requires proactive participation in compliance reviews, prompt reporting of any potential issues, and ongoing education to stay updated on relevant FDA regulations.
