As a Business Development Center Representative, you will Monitor and respond to internet leads and phone traffic while maintaining high levels of performance related to message response times and scheduling of service appointments. You are one the first points of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in following script, call tracking, data entry of customer information, needs assessment, objection handling and appointment conversions. #1 Cochran is the leading automotive retailer in the tri-state area. Responsibilities
  • Assist customers by answering inbound phone calls, coordinating service appointments, and answering questions in a timely manner.
  • Initiate a high volume of outbound calls to existing and prospective service customers.

(maintenance, PA state inspections and emissions, manufacturer campaigns (recalls).
  • Maintain a high level of performance & attention to detail while coordinating service appointments.
  • Communicate service inquires, status updates with necessary service department/advisors.
  • Actively and carefully manage/track service leads.
  • Ensuring accurate and appropriate protocol is followed with each call by following script, call tracking, data entry of customer information, appointment details.
  • Navigate manufacturer warranty websites to look up campaign/recall information.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Excel.
