Job description

We are a 24/7/365 bilingual call center that answers calls for a variety of businesses. We are looking for people available to work part-time in our office (not remotely). If you are available to work flexible hours, including but not limited to: early Monday mornings, weekday afternoon/evenings (some time between 11am-11pm ), weekends and holidays, we have positions available. In addition, the Weekend Graveyard (11pm - 7am) for Saturday and Sunday nights may be available.

We are hiring people who are bilingual (ENG/SPAN) who are self-motivated and can be team players. Part-Time hours can easily expand as our call volume and client needs change. If you are flexible, we may be able to give you full time hours!

Your voice and how you handle calls must represent our customers properly and give the best 1st impression every time! You must:

  • speak both English and Spanish fluently and clearly
  • have excellent spelling and grammar
  • be able to follow specific instructions
  • type at least 35 words per minute with accuracy on a computer keyboard
  • pay close attention to details
  • have internet familiarity
  • be dependable. Dependability tells your co-workers and clients that you care about delivering the best.

We will train on our specific equipment and programs. You will be sitting at a computer answering calls for long periods of time, interacting with a variety of callers, and learning about hundreds of different industries. Adhering to privacy laws, policies and procedures, being attentive to the callers and keeping a positive attitude even when the caller is not always pleasant, is all an important part of the job.
