Job description

Customer Contact Center Support Representative

GXO is seeking Customer Contact Center Support Representatives to respond to inbound phone calls, upsell/cross-sell additional items and resolve customer's issues.

 

Flexibility is REQUIRED to work a schedule between the hours: 

M-F 8am -8 pm; Sat 8am - 4:30pm***

 Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound contacts via phone, email and chat
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional items
  • Answer inquiries while maintaining and updating the customer database
  • Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to the customer's needs
  • Be creative and go above and beyond when assisting our customers
  • Accurate and efficient order entry and maintenance of customer files
  • Ask probing questions and overcome objections 

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of Customer Service experience (in person or over the phone)
  • Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-paced internet environment
  • Problem-solving skills
  • PC literate and basic typing skills (at least 30 wpm)
  • Regular and punctual attendance is a must.
  • Flexible to work schedule between the following hours - Shift:  Monday - Friday  8 am - 8 pm; Sat 8 am - 4:30 pm CST
