This is a hands-on leadership role focused on executing and leading day-to-day tree care operations while working within Joshua Tree Experts' proven systems and standards.As a key member of our Tree care team, you'll help establish the field standards, culture, and professionalism that define our reputation as we grow. About the RoleCrew Leaders oversee daily job-site execution while working alongside their crew.
